Sara Hope Brown
Welcome. I’m Sara Hope Brown, a fully qualified Reiki Master Practitioner, Energy Worker and Teacher, working remotely with adults, children and animals throughout the UK and internationally.
I have been practising Reiki and energy work since 2003 and specialise in remote sessions, allowing me to support clients wherever they are in the world.
My work includes individual Reiki sessions, children’s sessions, support for dogs and cats, and specialist Equine & Rider work.
Equine & Rider
I work remotely with horses and riders across all levels, ages and disciplines.
Sessions can support horses who are carrying stress, tension or the effects of past experiences, while helping riders feel calmer, more focused and better able to access the confidence and ability they already have.
I offer stable sessions, home sessions for riders and ridden sessions, including support around training, competition and travel.
Children & Young People
I work remotely with children from birth to 16 years.
Sessions are often used to support children who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, overwhelm, difficulty settling, disrupted sleep or changes in confidence.
Parents liaise directly with me throughout.
Dogs & Cats
Remote sessions are also available for dogs and cats.
I regularly work with animals who are experiencing stress, fear, behavioural changes, rescue-related trauma, separation difficulties or changes in their environment.
Individual Reiki Sessions
Remote Reiki sessions are available for adults who would like support with relaxation, emotional balance, confidence, stress, overwhelm or simply taking some space to reset.
I am qualified, insured and a member of the UK Reiki Federation.
