A remote stable session gives me time to look at the wider picture around your horse or pony and what may be affecting how they are feeling, coping or responding.
Sessions can be useful for, for example, stress, tension, anxiety, changes in behaviour, spooking, confidence, difficult past experiences, a change of home or routine, young horses, travel, competition preparation and general emotional wellbeing.
Before the session we will have a short consultation so you can tell me what has been happening and anything you would like me to be aware of.
Your horse can remain relaxed in their own stable while I work remotely.
The session usually lasts around 50–60 minutes, and I will contact you afterwards so we can discuss what I observed and what I feel may be helpful next.
For some horses, one session may be enough as a general reset or maintenance session.
Where there is a longer-standing issue, repeated stress or a more complex picture, I may recommend a block of sessions so we can work more consistently over time.
