This remote session is designed to support relaxation, emotional wellbeing and nervous-system regulation for your dog or cat.
It can be useful for, for example, stress, fear, anxiety, rescue backgrounds, changes in behaviour, confidence issues, settling into a new home, changes in routine or difficult past experiences.
Before the appointment, I will ask you to send me a recent photograph of your pet.
At the arranged time, we will have a short telephone consultation so you can tell me what has been happening and anything you would like me to be aware of.
Once our call has finished, I will begin the remote session.
Your pet can remain wherever they naturally feel most comfortable. They do not need to be kept still or separated from you.
Sessions are usually around 45–60 minutes.
When the session is finished, I will call you so we can discuss how it went and any next steps that may be helpful.
I also work with rescue dogs and cats, including animals travelling to the UK from overseas.
